Rooms have been blocked in the following hotels at a discounted rate for our guests.  In order to receive the discount, you must book by November 8th using the “Book” links on this page.

A shuttle service will run 2 trips from the Homewood Suites to the reception venue at 3:45 and 4:15.  The shuttle will also make 3 return trips to the hotel at the end of the evening at approximately 10:00 pm, 10:45 pm, and 11:30 PM.

Please note that these departure times may vary with traffic and dropoff timing.
