Our Story

Although they were in different graduating classes, Hannah and Ben met through mutual friends at SUNY Geneseo during the summer of 2015 and shared a physics class the following fall semester. They began dating on September 28, 2015, after Ben invited Hannah to join his intramural soccer team composed entirely of physics majors (“F.C. Physics”). The two have been inseparable ever since, with Ben living in Rochester for a year while Hannah finished her undergraduate degree and eventually moving with her to Rhode Island when she started graduate school. While they lead independent lives and have their own interests, they still prefer to do things together, whether it’s chores, shopping, cooking, or watching TV. They value quality time together so much that they have made a point to eat breakfast and dinner together every day throughout their entire relationship. Hannah and Ben have known for years that they wanted to marry each other and, with Hannah finishing school, a wedding is finally in the cards. They are excited to celebrate the joining of their families this Christmas Season, and hope you all can join them!
